Prayer & Praise

At St. James' we Worship God with Prayer and Praise, both in our Sunday Services and at other special times too.We also get together to study the Bible and what it can teach us about how to live our lives. Special courses are also run at certain times of year e.g. Lent Courses.

Jane, one of our SPAs also runs Quiet Days and Prayer walks.

At St. James' we also take Psalm 100 seriously and we do....

"Make a Joyful Noise unto the Lord". We have a lovely organ, a talented organist and Choir Director and a dedicated robed Choir. Choral concerts and Evensongs are held throughout the year and we have a very popular Community Music Concert in the Early Summer. The next Choral Evensong will be on Sunday 26th February at 6.30pm.
