WE Give Back At St James' we are always mindful of our good fortune in the gifts God has given us and we try to support others less fortunate. We do this is lots of ways; We volunteer our time and talents for a whole range of good causes - you can read about some of these here. We raise special collections - this year we have supported various causes with special collections, (You can click on any of the organisations to learn more about their work): including: Bishops' Lent Call - £105.00 USPG Lent Boxes - £145.75 Water Aid - £200.00 The Children's Society - £170.00 The Royal British Legion - £62.56
We donate items for various causes: Toiletry items for christmas parcels for The Mission to Seafarers. Our Harvest offerings are used by The Salvation Army to help homeless and desperate people in Croydon. Tinned and dried foodstuffs for distribution to families in dire need to the Purley Food Hub
